I bought a VW bus last month over the internet too. It was located in San Antonio Texas and I live in Daytona Beach Florida. Bought it sight-un-seen and had no idea if it would make the trip back. Sounds crazy, well only people who love VW buses would understand. Well my wife and I flew out to San Antonio bought the bus, climbed inside, and drove that baby all the way back to Daytona Beach in two 12 hour days of driving. I couldn't believe it. No break downs, no over heating, nothing. Of course I drove it at a cool 64 miles per hour the whole way but we made it. When we pulled into the driveway we were so excited, we did it, and we have a beautifyl 1974 Westfalia. I love it, love it, love. Anyway I knew you would understand cause all my friends think I'm nuts. Count me in your LoveMyBus family.
